Q. My clan needs a low lag server, what type of pings times should I expect?

A. A nice low ping for most of your local gamers. Many people see ping times on our networks as low as 20ms. While no one can guarantee you what the ping time will be because of how unstable we know the Internet can be, we can sure give you a game server that comes as close as possible to the perfect ping times.

Q. Can I change my configuration and upload new maps to my server?

A. Yes, you can. We give you full FTP access to your server files so you can upload maps and make server configuration changes at anytime.

Q. If my game server crashes how long would it take you to get it re-started?

A. All servers have a utility running that will automatically reboot your server when it crashes, but sometimes a server may stop responding so you may have to log into the control panel and restart your server. We also provide you with 24/7 email and IRC support to help get your issues resolved. We try to make sure all support issues are handled in a timely matter.

Q. What payment forms to you accept?

A. We accept payments via Direct Credit Card(Visa, Master Card, and Discover), PayPal, Check, and Money Orders made in US Dollars.

Q. How will I know how to pay?

A. When you place an order you will receive a email with instructions on how to pay for your order.

Q. How will I know when I need to pay again?

A. You will receive payment due notice by email in advance of the due date.

Q. Do you force us to use paypal subscriptions?

A. No, unlike other game server companies we do not force you to use paypal subscriptions. Where paypal automatically takes your money every month from your account automatically. Unless, you would like to have a paypal subscription then you can contact us to change to it.

Q. How long does it take for a server to get setup?

A. The server setup process does not start until we have received your first payment from you. After your first payment is made it may take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours for setup. Please do not contact us regarding the status until it has been more than 24 hours.

Q. Is there any difference in performance between private and public servers?

A. No, both the private and public servers run on the same type of hardware and same Internet connection. The only difference is private servers must have a password on them at all times.

Q. How many game servers do you put on one box?

A. That all depends on the hardware specifications of the box. There is no specific number we go by. We monitor all servers CPU usage to make sure it does not even get close to any high level.
