Q. What codecs do you support and at what quality?
A. We support a large range of codecs including GSM and Speex at the highest qualities available.
Q. My clan needs a low lag server, what type of pings times should I expect?
A. A nice low ping for nearly all of your local users. Many people see ping times on our networks as low as 20ms. While no one can guarantee you what the ping time will be because of how unstable we know the Internet can be, we can sure give you a voice server that comes as close as possible to the perfect ping times.
Q. How long does it take for a server to get setup?
A. The server setup process does not start until we have received your first payment from you. After your first payment is made it may take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours for setup. Please do not contact us regarding the status until it has been more than 24 hours.
Q. Is there any difference in performance between private and public servers?
A. No, both the private and public servers run on the same type of hardware and same Internet connection. The only difference is private servers have a password on them.
Q. Where will my voice server be hosted?
A. Your server will be hosted in a state of the art data center in Dallas,TX.
Q. Can I test a server before I buy?
A. Yes! Please go to the test page to try out a server.
Q. Are the servers shared?
A. No! You get your own server and it's up to you to give out the information.
Q. What is your up-time guarantee?
A. As much as we would love to guarantee a 100% up-time it's not always possible. We strive to maintain our up-time and do our best to guarantee a 99.95% up-time.
Q. Do you provide sponsorship services for Clans?
A. At this time we do not provide sponsorship services because we already have the lowest prices around.
Server Questions:
Q. How can I upgrade/downgrade my server?
A. Please submit a support ticket with the request to upgrade/downgrade your services.
Q. How can I change my admin or server passwords?
A. Please submit a support ticket with the request for a password change with the new password.
Billing
Q. Do you force us to use Paypal subscriptions?
A. No, unlike other game server companies we do not force you to use paypal subscriptions, where paypal automatically takes your money every month from your account automatically.
Q. How will I know when I need to pay again?
A. You will receive payment due notice by email in advance of the due date.
Q. How will I know how to pay?
A. When you place an order you will receive a email with instructions on how to pay for your order.
Q. What payment forms to you accept?
A. We accept payments via Direct Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover), PayPal, Check, and Money Orders made in US Dollars.
