Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for all software aspects of their server. Crucial Gaming Servers does provide a courtesy installation of the client's game server. The client must keep their server within the parameters chosen during the signup of the game server. For example, if the client signs up for a 16 player game server, it is their responsibility to keep the game server at a 16 player maximum at all times.

The client must follow the TOS or service termination may occur.

The Responsibility of Crucial Gaming Servers

Crucial Gaming Servers will provide the client with game server rental space connected to a high speed Internet backbone. The primary goal of Crucial Gaming Servers is to provide our clients with the best value in game server performance. This means low latency servers running on a stable platforms. We guarantee that our servers are up and running 98% of the time.

Server Client Connectivity Rates

We have no limits on your rate settings on your server.

Crucial Gaming Servers will assign the server IPs and ports for each game server. The client agrees not to alter the IP or port of their game server.

Game Server Bots

We understand how some people enjoy running bots on their servers. However bots do take extra server CPU and memory resources. We do not allow bots to run on any of our game servers that we host. If bots are found running on your game server you could be found in Violation of our Term of Service (TOS) and your account may be terminated with no refund. This includes fakefull.

Password Protected Servers

If you ordered a password protected server there are a few additional requirements you must follow. Your server may not be shared with another clan. You may not loan your server to any other clans, unless it's a clan you are having a match with. Your server password may not be advertised to the general public but may be posted in order to notify your clan members the proper password. Server passwords may not be posted in the server name. Our password protected game servers (Private Server) is designed for clan use only and is not intending to be used as a public game server. If there are violations in any of the above rules your server will be taken offline until your server password has been changed.

FTP Access Guidelines

The client agrees to maintain their server via FTP. The client agrees not to use the FTP as a file storage medium and not to run programs on the server via FTP. Crucial Gaming Servers will assist clients in maintaining their server files if requested. File Space Limits - There is a 2GB file limit per server for maps, mods, plugins, sounds etc. We reserve the right to delete information from your game install if your directory size goes over 2GB including the game install and log files.

Forms of Payment

We accept Paypal and Postal money orders. We will assume you want to keep the service until you cancel your service.

Pricing

All pricing is subject to change. If the client signs up for a service, that service rate may change from one billing period to the next. The client can cancel the service at anytime.

Credit & Refund Policies

We will credit your account if your server is down for a period of time of more then 8 hours in any given day due to hardware or network issues. Credits will be determined by our staff at the time of the issue and will be credited directly to your online account once the issue is resolved. While your ping times will be more then enjoyable on our service we will not issue credits that are due to ping issues with you or your server members. Since there are so many ways to travel on the Internet it would be impossible for anyone to guarantee Internet ping times. We do our best to host your game server on the best Internet bandwidth quality as possible. All refunds are based on a prorated remainder of your service time.

3 Day Change your mind Policy - If for whatever reason you do not wish to keep service with us you can request a refund for service if within your first 72 hours of service.

TOS Agreement

The client agrees to follow the above at all times and acknowledges that failure to do so can result in termination of service with no refund.

Crucial Gaming Servers reserves the right to remove and terminate the server and account of any customer, for any reason they so choose.
